We are looking for a person to provide a single point of contact for end users in multiple locations to receive support and maintenance within the organizationˇs computing environment to include network, hardware, software, and telephony desk top support.

-Responsible for installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware, associated software, and telephony systems to ensure optimal business performance.
-Manage end user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations in accordance with best-practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance-Responsible for company email system, cell phone & company telephone management
-Responsible for company website management
-Must be available and willing to work extended hours as occasionally needed, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
-A four year degree in Information Systems or related field; or a Business or Technical School certification in Information Systems Technology is required
-Three (3) to five (5) yearsˇ demonstrated experience in fast paced technical environment preferred
-Must have a valid driverˇs license
-Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
